Shipping
All orders are shipped the same day when your order is shipped by 3pm. Monday-Friday Excluding Bank Holidays.
UK Orders
2nd class post can expected to be received in 3-5 days, but this isn't guaranteed and depends on Royal Mail. 1st Class post is typically 1-2 days, but again, this isn't guaranteed. Special delivery postage is next working day, and excludes Saturdays and Bank Holidays.
International Orders
Please refer to the estimated delivery dates provided by ebay. These are typically 5-20 days, but this isn't guaranteed. Customs clearance and delays may mean orders can take up to a month to be delivered.
If your order has not arrived with the estimated delivery time then please allow a couple of days before contacting us or ebay regarding the delivery.
Please contact us before raising an ‘item not received' case. We will always investigate non delivery claims, and where the item has been lost we will ensure you either get your item, or will provide a refund.
The delivery dates provided by ebay are an estimate, and not a guaranteed delivery dates. We rely on Royal Mail, and other national postal services to meet their delivery targets. Unfortunately they sometimes do not. For UK deliveries Royal Mail require the item to be 10 days late before they will investigate, and for international orders they require 30 days.
All shipments are made using the address provided by the customer at the point of purchase. If the address is incomplete or incorrect, it will be unlikely your order will arrive. We do not provide free of charge replacements where incorrect or incomplete addresses are provided.
Returns
If you wish to return your order then please raise a return request with ebay. In the event the order has been received damaged, please contact us first. We can arrange for a replacement to be sent out, but once a return request is raised, we cannot send a replacement.
