Walnut Headboard Art Deco Queen Bed Excellent Condition. This is a beautiful queen-sized bed for sale. I have had it for over ten years as a spare bed. We have a baby on the way which is the only reason why we are selling it - it's being replaced with a cot. The headboard and footboard have beautiful walnut veneers, and are possibly oak underneath. It is a gorgeous relic of the art-deco era, and I will be sorry to see it go. The bed itself has a steel frame and is very sturdy. The slats are pine and are very solid. This bed comes with a mattress that I bought new and has hardly been used - possibly only half a dozen times. The mattress is from Dreams and is sprung and very comfortable. We need to move this out soon, so it is priced to sell, with no reserve - we do ask that both the bed and mattress are taken.The bed is also collection only.
