This is the reluctant auction is for the 3 piece bedroom suite as pictured
The original receipt which has kept relatively well all these years
It’s got golden key stamped on it which I assume is the brand
Before I start, these were bought brand new in 1957. They are 65 years old !
I am able to take any amount of photos to show scuffs scratches marks etc and email if required
Measurements first ( please ignore the auto fill measurements. These are not correct , measurements as below)
Large wardrobe
186 cm tall. 54 cm deep and 123cm wide
Small wardrobe.
174cm tall. 48 cm deep and 87 cm wide
Dresser.
120 cm wide. 52 cm deep and 68 cm tall ( 139cm to the top of the mirror)
This is a reluctant sale, as they were bought new by my grandparents in December 1957 for their first home !
They have been well looked after over the years , although have some battle scars and marks from use over the years and a house move
I have held onto them since my nan passed away as we wanted to have them re finished or made to suite our decor now, but unfortunately this has never happened and we are now in the process of major renovations and they just won’t fit in where we would need to put them
They have resided in the same property since the 1960s, and stayed when me and my partner bought it a few years ago
The original receipt is with them. As stated there’s some marks and chips here and there to them. They’re not perfect, but considering the age they are great
We are under the assumption that the large wardrobe splits in to 2 pieces
