This is a top quality French single bed. It is incredibly opulent made in rosewood and dates to around 1880.

The bed is in the Louis quinze style of the day. And what style! Look at the rococo carving. It is almost like Art. I have two beds on at the moment that are similar in style and quality if you are looking for two singles for a room. Check my other listing.

The bed is made in rosewood with quatre veneers to give that typically French chevron design. The head and footboard are domed and the bed has wonderfully shaped sides.

The bed takes a standard single mattress 36 inches wide and 75 nches long. (It is actually 39.5 inches wide so you have room. )The bed comes with a slatted base so all you will require is a standard UK single mattress.

The bed is sturdy when built and splits for moving.
