(See our other item listings.)For IP12 we are now diversifying to the UK market (as we see this as our focus for the next 5-10 years) and welcoming potential new investor members to join us and invest in the acquisition of UK IP's for rent. This is achieved via member investment funds pooling. Minimum Investment = £5000-£10000.  Max is 49% of an IP. Our next ASCM (casual meeting of our members) is in July or Aug of 2023. Our plan is to purchase near University and hospital properties and rent them out to students/university employees/other etc generating rental income returns of 5-8%+ whilst we watch the value of the equity grow.
