Splendid Antique Mahogony Edwardian Triple Wardrobe- for quick sale as we are moving - offer £150 ( a paltry sum!) and it is yours. Simply glorious stonking big lovely wardrobe- beautiful mahogany-- hanging rail - brass hooks - cool slide out shelves- deep drawers with beautiful brass fittings - inlay on inside of the side doors- in great condition ( for it's age). I've seen far more bruised and battered versions on eBay- this has a bit of fading on the outside, but the wood is still rich and gorgeous on the inside, and yes, of course, there is the odd bit of wear - but these are solid, lasting, timeless wonderful pieces, that have been on the go for at least 100 years, and will be on the go for another 100 and more. Compared to what is on offer now in shops- for far far more money- these types of wardrobe are the real deal! The hanging part is lined with stripy fabric- it is nice, but would adore an update. We've had this for over 20 years, and I'm horrified and saddened to be getting rid of it- but I'm selling up and everything is going into storage, so I'm reluctantly parting with it. I can dissassemble this into its component parts - probably top plinth / base/ doors and 3 sections. I've just sold our other ( slightly earlier in date) one, and that is how it came apart -this might be different. But probably not much. Then you will need to have a van and hopefully a couple of strong people! It is for collection only - GU8 - near Guildford/Godalming/Farnham. IMPORTANT : it has to be collected by the 21st May- so quickly find a man and van- or woman and van- and get yourself a wonderful piece of furniture for a rediculous price. Because I am moving and busy and time is running short - if you offer me £150 for this - it is yours, which is a silly price for such a fine fine piece of furniture- but time is against me. It is listed locally, so may dissapear off eBay.
