It is best to use the original photo file from you camera / phone, Facebook and other social media websites resize your image so if you save your photo again direct from Facebook we will have to resize the image to fit the cake topper and you will lose a significant amount of image quality and pixilation may occur during the creation and printing process.

Personalised made goods are exempt from the returns policy. Therefore we can't accept returns for personalised items unless there is a fault with the item.
Please ensure you order the correct size as we can't accept returns.
Non-personalised items must be returned unworn with tags intact and be with in 30 days. Return postage must be paid by the buyer unless the mistake has been made by us.

We post out printed cake toppers via Royal Mail 2nd Class which we are advised the delivery is approximately 1 - 2 working days.
