IMPORTANT Please NOTE:

2. For FEET designs, provide the date, weight & time in the format you want it printed.
3. Please bear in mind longer names will fit better over 2 lines
4.The months in BLOCK designs will always be in short form.
5. On all Block designs where the time is not required we can replace with a star/heart.
6. A MUST have for the BLOCK designs, the NAME DATE & WEIGHT is required.
7. Designs will be slightly amended only when necessary to fit details nicely.
8. Date can be in any format in the FEET designs e.g 30th June 2019, 30/06/2019, 30-06-2019 etc.
*For names split over 2 lines, please specify how you want the name split and also the colour either we keep it as the lighter colour or you can request it to be the same colour. If not mentioned we will keep it as shown in the pictures.
All blankets are packed in a clear bag.
If unsure about anything please ask before ordering, as we may need to cancel the order if details are not provided in good time.

1. We are willing to refund or exchange the item only if the embroidery text is incorrectly spelt due to an error we have made.
2. All returns must accompany the original packaging that was provided.
3. Postage and insurance charge is non-refundable for all items.
4. If the item is faulty on arrival we can send you a new item free of charge but the faulty item needs to be returned first so we can check the issue with the item.
