Vintage French Carved Bed Frame

Offering for sale this beautiful wooden bed frame with a large carved headboard, footboard and side rails. Traditional French bed with a stunning carved pediment artistically hand sculpted.

The bed is in overall lovely condition boasting a warm patina, so expect to find light marks and surface scratches. Also tiny amount of old worm found on side rails, fully treated out of caution. You won’t be disappointed with this amazing bed it looks fantastic. The bed has been carefully cleaned, waxed and polished to preserve the beautiful patina.

We can arrange delivery throughout the UK at competitive prices. We use DHL for smaller pieces and reputable furniture couriers for larger items.

Delivery times can vary depending on your location, parcel carriers within a few days and furniture couriers within 7-14 days. Furniture couriers will contact you in advance to arrange a suitable delivery time.

You can collect anytime day or evening from Shrewsbury SY3, please contact us at the end of the auction to arrange a time.

Returns

All of the goods I'm selling are vintage/antique therefore you will find natural imperfections and age related marks. Some furniture may have signs of woodworm, this is always treated thoroughly and filled where necessary.

I try to describe each item the best I can, accurately and honestly, however if I have missed anything or your not sure please ask as many questions as you like.

If you are looking for perfect shiny items then this probably isn't for you, however if you love pieces that are interesting with lots of character please go ahead and bid.
