Wormers-direct use the Royal Mail 2nd Class for all standard deliveries in the UK. Standard orders are sent out via second class post which should reach you in 3-5 working days.
We are happy to operate a returns policy as laid down by EU regulation but remind our customers that returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods.
We aim to dispatch all items within 3 days of payment.
Items purchased outside of working hours will be processed next working day.
Delivery is FREE to England, Wales and lower Scotland locations.
We only use hauliers and delivery companies that are vetted and work to our high standards.
All deliveries will require a signature

If your order is of a more urgent nature we can send by courier (to the main UK postcodes Outlying areas NOT included), a signed for delivery service.(The courier option price is displayed on the actual product page as prices do vary a little dependent on the size and weight of the package).
Wormers-direct endeavors to despatch all received before 1pm Monday to Friday on the same working using our Royal Mail service or 3rd party courier. If an order is placed outside of work hours, on a weekend or public bank holiday the order will be processed and dispatch on the next available working day. All orders are despatched promptly and are package correctly and we strive to ensure the order arrives to you in a timely manner. Due to human error and the use of third party road based couriers and pallet delivery networks delays can occur which are out of our control such are traffic issues, misrouted deliveries or lost in transit. We advise to order as far in advance of project so if any issues do arise we can rectify a problem caused by the 3rd party delivery company to reduce any delays of a project.

All our parcels are sent out via Courier Service or Royal Mail and usually delivered within 3-5 working days from ordering.
Delivery Information Requirement On Order
On all our eBay orders we require you supply us with an up to date mobile contact number during the checkout process for use with our courier tracking system, so you can be updated on your order and for ourselves or couriers to make contact with you should there be any issues. Failure to do so can result in late/non delivery.
Personal Details and Address
Please ensure during the checkout process on eBay that all of your personal details, contact information and full delivery address with House Name/Number, Road Name, Town, County and Post Code are all correct. This is to ensure couriers deliver to the correct address first time and we cannot accept eBay messages after purchasing to change address for delivery due to fraudulent claims. Your personal details are your responsibility and a failed or returned delivery due to no fault of our company or the delivery company will incur extra costs to you for a redelivery or a partial refund after recover of costs.
Safe Place to leave parcel or with Neighbour
Please provide information of a safe location or with a neighbour for the order to left if you are not in during the day when attempting deliveries are usually attempted. Please respond to any calling cards that are left by our couriers or phone calls from the pallet company must be answered or replied to immediately to reduce any failed deliveries. Any failed or returned to sender deliveries you are responsible for the original shipping costs, and a redelivery charges will apply.
Signing for delivery
Before you sign for the goods, please inspect the product inside the parcel to ensure that everything has arrived undamaged. We pack our goods extremely carefully and damages are rare, however, once you have signed for the goods it may not be possible to prove that the damage occurred before they came into your possession. If the goods are left without a signature, we must be notified of any damages or shortages within 24 hours of the delivery taking place. If you see any damage or the delivery is short at time of delivery, please ask to sign the courier service as damaged or short on delivery. Or again it may not be possible to prove that the damage or missing occurred or missing goods before they came into your possession.
If after 4 working days of ordering you still have not received your order please contact us with your order number, contact number and the issue you are having. We can then investigate the non-delivery quickly for you and attempt to resolve it speedily. Non-delivery maybe due to an issue with a 3rd courier/Royal Mail or a delay on the stock being available in our warehouse. Delivery Terms and Conditions. We often charge less for postage and shipping than it actually costs us. If at any point you are required to pay a redelivery fee/returns charge, we will charge you our cost price - this may not be the same as what is shown on the listing. In the unlikely situation that any items received by the customer are faulty or damaged or short , we will replace them. Order Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
Cancelling an order
Should it be necessary for you to cancel an order after purchasing you will receive a full refund back through the eBay order cancellation system subject to the order not being dispatched. If the order is requested to be cancelled but has already been processed and dispatch a recover of the delivery fees will be apply to the refund amount. Please understand that by placing your order, we have already been charged eBay fees and by accepting the cancellation we can recoup those funds and provide you with a full refund.
If you wish to return a order that is no longer required please message us via the eBay message service so we can advise the best course of action on returning the order. Mistake order or no longer required orders are subject to the recover of delivery charges and collection charges should a collection be required. On bespoke items such as pond liners which are made at the time of ordering we cannot accept these items for return or will be subject to a 50% restocking fee charge. Natural products such as wooden tree stakes and fence posts are made from a living natural wood. Because of this the wood will contain knots, splits, cracks and will swell and contain in different conditions. All the timber we supply is pressure treated to increase the life of the stakes. We always advise ordering 10% more stakes than is required to cover any breakages in transit or if hammering the stakes in to the ground. On wrong item deliveries/goods damaged in transit or shortage delivery please advise us through eBay message service within 24 hours of receiving the order so we can investigate with our warehouse and couriers to get the issue resolved in a timely manner.
