It weighs 20.4 pounds and measures 21 and 3/4" tall by 12 and 3/4" wide across the base by 12 and 1/2" deep at the base. I am unsure of the maker and I am also unsure of the age. There is some minor wear present including some faint hairline cracks on the bottom base that appear to have been professionally filled in at one point. I have shown this in the photographs that I have provided. There are no other breaks, chips, or repairs. This is an unusual umbrella stand that is extremely heavy for its size.
