My Husband is The Furniture Wizard, he creates gorgeous pieces of work from old antique and vintage furniture, giving them a new lease of life. His latest creation is an absolutely beautiful “Strongbow Furniture vintage ladies writing desk, which he has lovingly upcycled to a high standard, using Frenchic Green with Envy mixed with a hint of After Midnight giving it a light teal green colour. The edges on the turned legs are embellished with Blackjack and Gorgeous Gold.

He has worked with a peacock theme using decoupage paper to the drawer fronts. The drawers and cupboards have been lined with a lovely green and gold paper

The top has a leather inlay which has been coloured to match the rest of the desk. The inlay has been edged in gorgeous gold. The whole piece has been given a finishing coat to give it extra durability. It is in great condition for its age and is a beautiful piece of furniture.
