We have found this quite useful as we normally stuff the inlaws or the teenagers in one flat , giving us privacy in the other.The property is opposite truffle woods on two sides.Top Flat with top entrance, consists of two large bedrooms, living room, fitted kitchen with central heating and hot water boiler (new), fridge, new washing machine, and bathroom with shower and, bidet, and WCMiddle Flat with its own entrance from terrace, consists of three bedrooms, WC, and kitchen with fridge and oven.. Stairs to Lower ground floor.Lower Ground Floor consists of large bathroom with bath, WC and bidet, tool room, and four further rooms ,all with windows,which are not used. An old four stroke Honda Strimmer is included, which always starts on the first pull. Outside there is a gated terrace, with a further gated area leading onto the parking, There is also an upper terrace with a rosemary and lavender bed. The garden area is small , which has the advantage it can be strimmed in an hour even if you havnt been there for a bit,Viewing at end of May. No offers. London stansted flies to Ancona, which is one hour drive to the house. There are also flights from most airports in the UK to rome or bologna. Otherwise, we normally fly from Bristol to Bologna or Rome, which is about a three house drive. We normally stay in a hotel en route, simply because they are so cheap compared to the UK. The nearest town is SERVIGLIANO.The property is 30 minutes drive to AMANDOLA, gateway to the National Park Monti Sibellini if you like walking in the mountains,You can see the mountains in one of the pictures, At this time of the year they are still snow covered. It is also about 30 minutes drive to the sea, the closest beach resort being PORTO S. GIORGIO. But the beach runs up to Ancona, and down to Pescara and beyond. June, July and August are very hot, and we tend to avoid these months.
