Luxury 2 Bedroom apartment on fabulous Valle Romano Golf Course Resort close to Estepona and less than 2 miles drive to sandy beaches. Fully furnished, spacious and bright accommodation, large balcony with fantastic golf, mountain and partial sea views, the property also has a private parking space and storage room. There are 3 large communal pools, reception, gym and Owners receive discounted green fees. We bought the apartment on a "turistico licence" so it is not suitable for year round living but is part of a luxury hotel complex and owners can use the property for up to 60 days per year while receiving a guaranteed rental income for the rest of the year. Please note, this is not a timeshare, you would be the full and sole owner of the apartment. It was ideal for us as we could have 3 family or golf holidays per year and we receive between 5,000 and 7,500 Euro every February, which pays for the community fees (circa 125 Euro per month) and a big chunk of our holidays. We are selling because we have bought a townhouse nearby with a view to retiring in a few years time.
