If you are not aware, dry ice sublimates (changes to a gas) fairly rapidly. We will always try to send more than 10kg but you can expect anywhere between 7-9 kg upon delivery, dependant on conditions. Dry ice will only last 1-2 day after you receive it. On the second day in the morning there will be approx 2-4kg left.Please use the appropriate protective equipment. We will not be held responsible for any injuries. Dry ice is dangerous if not handled correctly. Please do not store dry ice in your freezer it will probably break your thermostat. Dry ice does not last long, you must use within a couple of days. Do not buy unless you know what it is. Due to the nature of dry ice, there are no refunds. We use DHL couriers and parcels will always be left in a safe place or with a neighbour if no one is at home.
