You are purchasing 7 day access to the 2022 Dubai and Abu Dhabi entertainer App with Cheers and HotelsThis is Dubai and Abu dhabi 2022 bundle subscription to the entertainer mobile app, which can be used for a huge amount of dining, drinks, hotel deals and entertainment discounts across Dubai and Abu dhabi.You must provide your travel dates (number of days over 7 will be reflected in the price).You must present your smartphone at the retailer when paying and your smartphone must have internet access at pay time in order to validate any of the vouchers.

Once the Entertainer app is downloaded onto your phone, you will be asked to log in with the given details.When you log in, you will select the location Dubai or Abu dhabi (top left corner). Then you will see all the various categories of vouchers, food and drink, beauty and fitness, attractions and leisure. You can also access a specific voucher you are looking for in the top right corner by clicking the search button and typing in the Merchant you are looking for or clicking on the map. All vouchers work on buy one get one free basis. Redemption of the vouchers:You will have to go to the search button and search for the venue you are interested in, select a voucher then press redeem, then the merchant will have to input their PIN and that's the redemption done.
No pinging of the vouchers as stated in the listing, please. I hope the above makes it a little bit clearer how to go about the app. Once your holiday is over please log out of the app.

Buyer must provide valid email address in order to deliver the app. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to buyer failing to give a valid email address. App details will be given within 24 hours of payment. We only ship to the approved address given in PayPal payment.
Please make sure payment address in PayPal is correct. Any non-received items caused by invalid address registered on PayPal are not in our full refund or replacement policy. A notification email of dispatch will be sent to buyer after item is posted.
We will happily accept any items returned in the original condition, within 7 days of receipt, for a full refund minus postage costs. Beyond 7 days from the point of receipt returns may only be made for faulty goods and replacement parts will be sent to correct the fault.
No labour charges will be refunded in any case Warranty will be by way of a replacement part sent out in exchange for the originally supplied part Buyer is responsible for return postage costs for a warranty replacement (post of faulty part from themselves to our office which is mainland UK)
Where an incorrect item has been dispatched we will provide return postage labels and in purchasing the item the buyer agrees that it will be their responsibility to drop the item off at the nearest myhermes location or post office (the choice of which will depend on the weight/value of the item).
The customer is welcome to arrange their own return for incorrect items but we will only reimburse a pre agreed sum with respect to this method of return, please arrange the agreed sum with us before posting.
