Returns & Refunds
All items that we sell will be used and some will be quite old. And therefore we do our best to describe all items as best as possible, all descriptions will state any imperfections marks or damage and these statements will be supported by as many pictures as possible. All pictures provided will be as true as taken, we do not use any affects for the photos. Inspection and viewing of all items is welcomed from our Essex Shop. If unable to view the item for yourself please do not hesitate to ask for further pictures or ask any questions that you may have as we will be happy to help.
Because our items are used and second hand and described as best as possible we will only accept returns and offer a refund if the item is found to be damaged in transit or not as described for any reason with proof. Please be sure you wish to buy before making your purchase.
If for any reason there is any problem with the item, please be sure to contact us immediately so that we can do our best to resolve this problem for you as soon as possible.
Deliveries
All items will be carefully looked after, where necessary items will be blanket wrapped; fragile items will also be paper and bubble wrapped and safely secured.
Local deliveries to Halstead where possible will be offered free of charge, please contact us prior to buying so that we can insure that this is possible.
Deliveries for local and surrounding towns and villages will be quoted and out taken by ourselves. Please note that unless otherwise stated all deliveries will be undertaken as a one man service to the door, should the item be of considerable weight and require two men to lift and you are not able to assist with lifting, please inform us prior to delivery so that we can arrange assistance.
For long distance deliveries we will source quotes from local and reliable independent couriers. These independent couriers are all fully insured for contents. Courier deliveries will be a one man service to the door, please note that the couriers cannot assist with lifting upstairs unless arranged with them direct. Please advise prior to requesting a quote if you require a two man service and we will arrange this for you. Deliveries during busy periods can take from seven to fourteen days from purchase.
If arranging your own collection and delivery via an alternative courier please be advised that we cannot take responsibility for the item once removed from our premises. Collections can be made within our opening hours 10am – 4pm, Monday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday, if outside of these hours please contact us to arrange a time.
