This beautiful Art Deco 1950s wardrobe is in fantastic condition and has been lovingly
renovated to a high standard using quality materials. The old varnish layers have been
carefully removed and sealed with a non-wax Osmo Polyx-oil to provide a high gloss finish.
Both the exterior sides and interior of the wardrobe have been painted with a black fusion
mineral paint, which is non-toxic and environmentally friendly, and secured with coats of
varnish for durability. Throughout the wardrobe hand painted geometric golden diamonds
have been added to complement the cleaned and gilded hardware and painted wooden
components. A clothing rail has been removed and replaced with a golden basket for varied
storage, however, this rail has been kept and will be delivered with the wardrobe. Finally, a
stunning metal hook in the shape of a wolf’s head has been added to the front to complete
the look.
I am not a fan of furniture with dull and boring interiors so I love to design and
create furniture that is as beautiful on the inside as it is on the outside. To be able to open a
door and see art inside never disappoints.

PLEASE NOTE: This wardrobe is an antique and has lived previous lives so, whilst it is
great condition and is a solid piece of furniture, it may show some signs of age.
Also has specific antique smell of wood.
