Selling our beautiful vintage oak wardrobe and matching dresser - not easy to find matching sets! Reluctant sale as moving home. This matching set really adds a wonderful vintage style to any bedroom, looking exquisite whilst providing practical storage options.
The wardrobe has a large hanging compartment, full length mirror in the door and a large drawer at the base. The lock in the door is in working order with original key. The dresser has a tiltable mirror, 4 main drawers as well as 2 mini drawers! The mirrors have a wonderful patina commensurate with their age.
I had this set professionally sanded/striped, and then had multiple coats of good quality protective Colron oil applied. The handles are finished in a contrasting matt black. Please note one of the handles on the dresser drawer has come off as per the pics, this will be supplied with the sale as is something I haven't got round to fix. Finally the dresser drawers and wardrobe backing were lined with foliage print vinyl paper.
Wardrobe dimensions approx 202 x 120 x 43cm HxWxD (note cornice at top is slightly larger then these - wider/deeper then these dimensions) Dresser dimensions approx 85 x 92 x 50cm HxWxD for the drawer unit, the mirror on dresser height 90cm (combined height approx 180cm)
Will need a van to transport as collection only, the dresser spilts into 2 pieces whilst the wardrobe splits to 3. Would be happy to liase with a 'man with a van' and help load but would need 2 to unload. Located in King's Heath, happy to facilitate a viewing if required. Will consider sensible offers especially if cash on collection
