Antique Victorian Pine Wardrobe with Drawers / Linen Cupboard Larder ~~~~
This super antique pine wardrobe / cupboard will make a great linen press wardrobe, larder housekeepers cupboard or cloak room cupboard offering plenty of storage. Inside the double door it has a hanging rail, and underneath has 3 drawers (2 smaller ones and a large base one). The cupboard has a key and the doors can be locked which is a great feature.
The cupboard is gorgeous and a great light old pine colour, it has natural wear but it adds to the character of the piece.
There are no major defects to mention, it’s solid and sturdy. It is old so expect knocks to it and wear. There is just a small area to the left side panel as your looking at the wardrobe where the wood has worn and a light scratch on the right hand side but it’s part of it and as said it is part of the character. The wardrobe splits into 2 sections, the door wardrobe section sits on the drawer section so it makes it easier to be transported and placed in your house having 2 separate sections.
The courier is only responsible for delivering to the ground floor first room. If the cup doesn’t fit where it was intended for then we cannot accept returns so please ensure the space, stairs are measured.

Delivery
You are welcome to collect the item you have purchased by arrangement or I can arrange a courier which will cost £85 for large items up to 100 miles for 1 item from LE17 area of Leicestershire; further mileage please get in touch for a quote or for more than one item the fees will cost more.
Delivery can be anywhere between 3 days to 3 weeks depending on location and very occasionally slightly longer.
Terms
Please be assured my items are great quality and I have been selling furniture for many years.
Please note my items are also used, second hand, restored and are not new. They will have age and used related marks. Some old items will have had woodworm which has always been treated. I try and list any defects on my listing. The photographs will also form part of the description. Please get in touch with any questions.
Please note return of items is at the cost of the buyer. The seller will not pay for the returned items. Please make sure you are happy before making the purchase of description, sizes and photographs. Items can not be returned due to not fitting or you decided you no longer like the item.
The courier price is based on one person to deliver your item so depending on the size of your item they may need help to lift from the van into your home. The courier is only to take your item to the entrance of your home. The courier works independently so if there was to be an issue with the item please get in touch with me the seller. The cost of the delivery is for one person delivery ground level. If you are unable to help unload your furniture with the courier then your quote will be more to pay for an additional person.
