Antique 'Victorian' Brass & Cast Iron Double Bed With Mother Of Pearl Inset. Complete with good quality springs, no mattress included. This lovely bed was purchased by my brother in 1991 from Centurion Antiques for £850, listed and sold as Victorian. I have attached a photo of the receipt and their photo of the bed for provenance.This bed weighs a substantial amount so it is collection only. The spring section folds in half for transit. The original castors are fitted and are working. There is a worn piece of mesh on the spring base, this is easily repaired with a mesh patch.A very lovely sturdy bed that looks very impressive.
