Antique Mahogany French superking double bed

This Superking bed is a marvel, fantastic quality synonymous with antique design.

The wonderful carved mahogany head and foot rail is complimented with a lovely padded headboard.

Very easy to put together, it has two side rails, which bolt directly through the four posts at the base. It will need wooden slats to sit inside the frame, on which you would have a superking mattress, which are made by Sealy ( and other companies )200cm x 180cm. Truely a great statement for a large bedroom.

The headboard measures 236cm long 151.5cm high and 5cm wide. The padding has sustained some damage, see photos.

The foot rail measures 190cm long and 89cm high, to the top of the wonderfully carved oak leaf finials. The foot posts are 13 sq cm.

When put together with the sides (which are included) there are wooden covers for the bolt holes.

It is set on castors.
