Super piece of antique french furniture.

This large armoire is a bespoke piece so it’s one of a kind.

Painted in a vintage distressed look with many colours, washes and waxes. The interior has been painted in a mix of blues. There is a large middle drawer inside, there are pictures showing it and not showing it as it can be removed if desired to just have the shelves.

This is an old antique pegged armoire (with wooden pegs) allowing it to be taken apart if needed, I have painted it as a whole and moved it around as one piece . It is easier to keep it as a whole body, the doors can be taken off and the shelves out. However if this is to go upstairs it will need to be dismantled. It comes apart as follows two doors, two side panels, two back panels, bottom floor, top section, cornice top, top and bottom front panels.

If you are interested in this piece but you are worried about putting it together please do get in touch with any questions or queries you might have. If it is for a kitchen or downstairs room it can be transported as a whole piece.

It is a beautiful charming piece and will hold an awful lot of things. The doors shut well, there is a hook to keep the left hand door closed and a lock and key for the right hand door.
