A Rare & Beautiful 140 Year Old Victorian Antique Mahogany Panelled Triple Wardrobe. Made in England during the reign of Queen Victoria in around 1880 to a beautiful standard. With a wonderful deep curved edge moulded cornice over a central door fitted with a bevelled mirror flanked by fielded panelled wardrobe doors. The central section fitted with four slider and three base graduated drawers with brass pull handles. The outer sections fitted with a hanging rail and space with a single base drawer. All raised upon a plinth base. Made to wonderful proportions, it would grace any room.

The mahogany has a wonderful colour and patina created over the last century. A beautiful piece of English history that’s overflowing with historic charm.

Worth buying even just as an investment or store of wealth. The mirror is covered for photography purposes and is in lovely condition with no chips or cracks. As expected with age some minor wear and tear from use included a small area historically filled on the top corner of the central door plus knocks and marks. Some areas of clouding to the original fitted mirror. Overall lovely.
