I am looking to sell 3 plots, ideally together but I would split. Sold together, they would be transferred as assets of my Bulgarian company and the company shares and ownership transferred to you. The company is all up to date with taxes and annual accounts and reports are done each year. I used to live in Bulgaria (from 2006 to 2020) but have now sold my houses there and just have these plots of land for sale. 1. 3000 Sqm Plot Of Development Land
The land was bought back in 2008 with the plan to change the use from agricultural to building land and erect several holiday homes for resale. Plans were all submitted and change of use was basically granted, but then the mayor changed and paperwork got left on a desk somewhere the final stamp never given and time limits ran out. And so we never actually received the certificate for change of use. By that time the recession had hit and so plans were shelved.
The plot is in an idyllic location around 10km from Stara Zagora on the edge of a lovely village (Novo Selo), and only a couple of kilometres from Stara Zagora mineral spa area where there is a lake and many hotels with pools and facilities.

A regulated plot of around 1500 sqm (I need to check exact size) in the village of Novo Selo, just a short drive from Stara Zagora city, but set in the hills close to the spa area (Stara Zagora Mineral Spas) and the lake. Very picturesque small quiet village. As the plot is regulated it is zoned for building and so with appropriate plans and permissions you could build a house here. The plot is accessed by a track off a tarmac road and is not far from the centre of the small village. It is currently very overgrown but there is a well and old electric pylons close by. It is regulated and so with appropriate plans and permissions you could build on it.
Very quiet and peaceful and near a small river. Edge of village. Ideal as a get away to put a cabin on or caravan (would need to clear and widen lane a little first!).
Open to offers of around 4,000 Euros for the plot on its own.
I am happy to accept a deposit now and then the rest of the monies over the next 5 to 6 months with completion being by the end of 2022. This can be extended by agreement. I am unlikely to be able to travel to Bulgaria until around October to conclude a transfer.
